  1. Order Placement and Payment:
    • A 50% advance payment is mandatory for every buyer to place an order. This payment confirms the order and initiates the procurement or manufacturing process.
    • The remaining 50% payment must be made before dispatching your order. No order will be shipped until full payment is received.
    • All payments must include the applicable GST.
  2. Payment Methods:
    • We accept payments via bank-to-bank transfer for secure transactions.
    • Check payments dated for the current day are accepted only from buyers located in the Delhi NCR region.
    • Post-dated checks (PDCs) are not accepted under any circumstances.
    • Any check that bounces will incur bounce charges, which the buyer is responsible for. Failure to settle these charges may result in legal action.
  3. Order Verification:
    • Buyers must provide relevant documents for verification before order confirmation, including but not limited to Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Company GST certificate.
    • If the buyer operates from an address different from the registered address on the GST certificate, they must provide a rent agreement copy (if rented) or proof of ownership of the property.
  4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation:
    • Once an order is confirmed and the advance payment is made, the order cannot be canceled.
    • The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  5. Sample Orders:
    • Customers can request a sample order to check product quality. The sample will be provided upon payment of the sample cost, including GST and shipping charges.
  6. Delivery and Lead Time:
    • We deliver all over India.
    • For orders of less than 1,000 pieces, a manufacturing time of up to 15 days is required.
    • For orders exceeding 1,000 pieces, the manufacturing time will range from 20 to 25 days.
  7. Purchase Orders:
    • To place any order, customers must provide a purchase order detailing the items, quantities, and specifications required.
  8. Binding Agreement:
    • These terms and conditions will be provided to the buyer in written form, and the buyer must sign them to confirm acceptance.
    • By signing these terms, the buyer acknowledges that the deal is confirmed and cannot be canceled.
